A journey is more than the flight from A to B. Our VIP Travel Assistance takes over the entire organisation - from the suite to the private jet - so you can concentrate solely on your companion.
Flights in business or first, private-jet charter, helicopter transfers, luxury hotels and private villas, restaurant reservations, event tickets, yacht charter and personal concierge requests.
On request we also book entirely anonymously through our partners - your name then appears nowhere in the system.
You have a dedicated contact who knows your preferences: seat, hotel category, favourite cities, dietary wishes. Over time this creates a travel service that works without follow-up questions.
Spontaneous enquiries are possible, but ideally we plan with a few days' notice. Travel assistance is billed transparently according to effort, without hidden surcharges on third-party services.
